little joys marketing
Hi, I’m Jacqueline, and this whole operation?
It’s just me—one woman, a laptop, way too many browser tabs, and a deep love for helping good people do great things online.
I run a boutique social media and website management agency that ditches the one-size-fits-all approach. I help small businesses, creatives, and entrepreneurs tell their stories, reach their people, and build real connections. Whether it’s social, email, content, or web—if it speaks to your audience, I’m here for it.
Process
Yes, sometimes it’s spaghetti-at-the-wall. But more often, it’s strategy-first: pen, paper, research, and repeat. I test, I track, I analyze what works (and what doesn’t) so you don’t have to. Because guess what? Growth isn’t magic—it’s just thoughtful, consistent work that starts with your people.
Everything I do is grounded in:
- Research (who are your people?)
- Strategy (what do they want?)
- Messaging (how do we speak their language?)
- Metrics (did it work? Let’s find out.)
Values
Experimentation – Nothing grows without a little trial and error. Data + gut + a good spreadsheet = magic.
Authenticity – I’m all about building honest, human connections through messaging that reflects who you really are and what you actually care about.
Strategy – Pretty things are nice, but even better when they’re purposeful, intentional, and rooted in what your audience needs.
Joy – Life is short so work should be effective and fun. After all joy is contagious, and your audience can feel it.
Why I Do It?
Honestly? I just really like the work. I love the process—the digging in, the figuring it out, the testing, the tweaking, the part where we finally land on something that clicks.
After taking some time off to be home with my tiniest (and loudest) human, I started doing this kind of work for friends—helping out with websites, social media, content, and marketing. And I realized: this is my thing.
Now I get to help great small businesses, nonprofits, individual creatives, and engineers tell their story, connect with their people, and actually enjoy the process along the way. It’s not just about making stuff look good (though we do that too). It’s about helping good ideas find their audience—and helping real people feel seen, heard, and understood.

Why Me?
Because I get it. I’ve been the solo fundraiser juggling twelve hats. I’ve been the product manager running a sprint with three developers and a dream. And now, I’m a one-woman agency who genuinely enjoys helping real humans do meaningful work—with a little more polish and a little less stress.
Before this agency was an idea, I was a nonprofit fundraiser—writing grants, and running digital campaigns. Then I jumped into the private sector: front-end web dev, content strategy, and eventually product management for both big healthcare orgs and scrappy startups. Along the way, I picked up a toolkit full of design thinking, UX principles, buyer research, and user testing. (Shout out to the Product School for feeding my nerdy side.)
Also? I believe in keeping things fun. Smart, strategic, story-driven fun. If you’re into that, let’s talk.
